Dissapointing Service

On the 4 June 2013, My husband and I purchased a bedroom suite from the Alberton Store. Upon buying the suite, they informed us our Head Board needed to be specially made as it is for a King Size bed. They told us it will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Upon phoning 3 weeks later, we were told by the Sales Lady Marie- Ann that head office forgot to place the order so it will now take another few weeks. I called this morning to follow up on where the head board is as it has now been another 4 weeks. I am now very annoyed that Furniture City has now had my money for 2 months and I have not received my goods!!! I am not getting a straight answer out of the Alberton Branch!!! Can somebody who is not useless please advise me when I can expect my headboard???
