We purchased a bed from Beds for Africa in Alberton in May 2010, a Restonic King size with a 10 Warranty. This bed was replaced a few month after purchase as there was a problem with it. We have now tried to contact the store as the mattress has sagged in the middle and was advised that the store has since closed. I proceeded to contact the Oakdene branch and was advised that it only has a 2 year guarantee and 10 warranty during which we will liable for costs of repair, we were not explained this when the purchase was made. We under the impression if anything happened it will be sorted out during the 10 years. Now we are faced with a store that no longer operates and another branch that cannot assist. We don't know whose else to contact. We need someone to sort this out urgently.
