Why o why did I buy another hyundai... I swore I would not!!! nice Cars but service!!! I called Alberton Branch to let them know that I received a fine on a car that i had traded in there. they agreed and said they would sort it out and get back to me!!! 3 weeks later - no feedback or a single response!!! come on guys when we buying cars then quick to response... once car is bought the CLIENT does NOT EXIST in your EYES!!! I then contact the head office to chat to the complaints department and after waiting for over half an hour - no one is availble!!! i ask them to please call me back... still waiting... Car of the year, maybe - service or customer care - nope... why did i ever buy the IX35 - I should have learnt my lesson. I want this issue sorted or goodbye hyundai and this time I wont be loyal - suppose that would be like you are to your clients - uncaring and unloyal.
