I am highly frustrated. I called your call Centre this morning 0800 601 190 to follow up on my Daughters Unabridged Birth Certificates which to date have been waiting 3 MONTHS FOR.
I try calling the Alberton Branch and as usual phones ring dead. When on the 1 occasion did get hold of someone they told me they have nothing I must call the Call Centre.
I spoke to the call centre this morning and the Lady told me that she can only give me the Case numbers and continue to call every 2 weeks to find out what's going on.
I have now applied yesterday for a unabridged birth certificate for my husband and unabridged marriage certificate will I know be waiting again for such a long period and NO ONE CAN HELP.
I'm very patient but I am now at the point that my patience has worn thin and I find it highly un believable that there is no one that can help me.
I will drive to Pretoria if I can get my requested copies early I have no issue ALL I WANT IS HELP AND FOR A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME AND ASSIST AS THIS IS NOW LONG OVER DUE AND RIDICULIOUS.
I AM OF URGENT NEED OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS I PAID FOR AND REQUESTED.
CAN SOME URGENTLY CONTACT ME AND ADVISE A WAY FORWARD.
