On the 2013/09/02 we did a application at SASSA for our son which is down syndrown. They told us that within 4 to 6 weeks we will get our 1st payment. Today is the 2014/01/28 and no luck yet. Every time you phone then they are busy with a back log, and a manager must aprove our payment.
Now the question i have is this why are we told that with in 4 to 6 when they can not clearly met that dead line?
Wen you go to the office they are also not very help full tell a person that they are working on it
I this the way south Africa people are treated that really need help.
