City of Tshwane Municipality
Trying for hours to get assistance!

I am trying to transfer a vehicle into my Mother's name. I have phone 9 numbers, every time I held on for literally like 40 minutes! When I did manage to speak to somebody she gave me numbers to dial, when I phoned both numbers it said, numbers don't exist! I phoned other numbers, no answer! When I phoned Tshwane, a voice mail came up saying that Tshwane Municipality is closed and I should phone in office hours. This is Monday 13 January at nearly 11:20... is this not office hours!! It is absolutely impossible to speak to anybody or get assistance!
