The City of Tshwane Municipality owes me a refund of R402.00, i have contacted a person by the name of Beuthel who sent me refund application form, i completed the form and sent it back, the person advised me via email that i will recieve a cheque via the post, after numerous hours of trying to contact the municipality via telephone and emails, i have not had a response or my cheque being posted to me, i have asked if they could even credit the amount to my water bill but they have not responded.
The municipality provides terrible customer service and something needs to be done, you wait for hours on the telephone to speak to someboddy and nobody responds... terrible
