Contact persons at Tshwane Municipality - Thulani by 012 358 1674 /Pauline on Wednesday 4 September my electricity were cut wrongly, when I get home i phone immediately after the appr people told me that it would be on within 6 hours, nevertheless they did come and put it on on thursday 17h30 more than 24 hours later, after the above peole were telling us on the phone they were not there on wednesday therefore my elect could not been put on, (you not at work so nothing get done) I loose veggies, milk, meat etc that were in my freezer what do they say give me slips before you can claim, my question why should i wait in a que for my electicity to been put on again, they cut it wrongly, where as the person put it on said to me, the one cutting it is now in big trouble. The less the municipality could do is aknowledge and pay something back on everything I did loose because of the negligance. I made about 50 calls before they actually gave us the person's cell nr who where suppose to reconnect. The best is my account is always paid up.
