My dustbin was damaged by the weekly waste removal trucks. I was informed to complete the provided form and fax, hand it in or e-mail it to the relevant/identified names. This was done. After no response I once again phoned the provided numbers with no answer. I then got lucky one afternoon and was assisted by a gentleman that is a Fleet supervisor. He directed me to an other individual who requested me a few days later to provide him with my account details again. This was done. No response, no telephone call. Nothing. In the meantime most of my garbage are falling out of the bin. Two days ago I got hold of the secretary of the director whom requested me to forward all communications to her and she will take the matter from there. The only response till date was the forwarded message from the secretary to the very same people.
I trust some-one from the City of Tshwane Municipality will assist me in this regard.
