It is an absolute disgrace!!! We have this problem every week, the trucks are late or there are no trucks or our bins get emptied the next day around lunch time. The staff are on a go-slow. There are 234 complaints about the City of Tshwane Municipality. Contact their call center on 012 358 9999 and the woman who answered said she doesn't know who I can contact for refuse removal. She then gave me tel number 012 358 1157 which belongs to TIGER BRANDS!! We pay you to do your jobs and for excellent service delivery. Waste stinks in the streets and looks disgusting, not to mention the germs and bacteria lying around. WHY IS THERE NO CONTACT PERSON??? HOW CAN I COMPLAIN ABOUT A SERVICE WHEN THERE IS NO SERVICE!! I am so angry with this country. People are crying for jobs. You HAVE A JOB SO WHY ARE YOU NOT DOING IT??? WHO CAN I SPEAK TO. WHAT IS YOUR CORRECT PHONE NUMBERS?? UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!
