We had a prepaid meter installed and subsequently asked Tshwane to refund us and close our electricity account. My husband went to the Centurion office on 6 Feb 2013 and handed ALL the documentation to Chantelle. I gave them 10 working days and then started phoning for feedback - to date, NO RESPONSE. No one answers the phones (I have 16 telephone numbers and mailed Customercare@tshwane twice). This morning, someone did answer the phone, only to put it down in my ear! This is utterly ridiculous - we pay their salaries, and they simply don't care!!!
