I actually do not know where to start the way im so disgusted and angry.24/04/2013 At Around 17h00 I went into Foschini At Gateway mall to enquire on account and make payment, when I arrive there was one cash consultant who was already assisting a customer, after standing in a queue for a good 8-10mins I and another indian lady requested for someone to assist, And then the indian lady once again had to ask if there was only one cashier but still no answer then i got irate i had to raise my voice to confirm if anybody could please assist Then a Lady by the name Of Trivania answered in the most disgusting and rude manner by saying "I Said I am calling Someone" Right After that as i speaking Trivania turns her back and goes in a back room Mind you she was standing amongst a group of 4 other ladies which baffled us all as there were already 4 people standing in that queue and nobody was assisting. I have never been so embarrased and humiliated in front of so many people by a consultant who is ideally supposed to be assisting. Now My Questions? :Was i being undermined because of my race, Does Foschini not train their staff about customer service? please look into this ASAP cos Im LIVID.
