Public Servants failing to fulfil the needs

Went to the station on the 21.01.2014 to certify documents that needed to be posted at 12h00 & the warrant officer told me to come back at 16h00 due to my documents are too much and they are busy with students.

i contacted colonel and she also said my documents are too much and they need but i can come back.

i feel dissapointed in this kind of situations because police officers a there to serve and they have taken an oath.

Please help Peter as i need to submit those documents.
