I have just been to the davenport branch to collect my card, the lady that attended to me didn't even bother to greet..i greeted her and told her i was there to collect my card she just took my id and went to look for it in the drawer behind her. she didn't seem as eager to assist me as she did with her previous client-maybe cause he was African and i am Indian? i was going to ask her about other services but looking at the service she was currently giving i decided not too.this is the first time i have experienced such bad service at this branch from the day i opened my account there.is this lady a or did i do something to offend her?
