Poor customer service - Gautrain Centurion

On Sunday, 4th August 2013 at approximately 13:47, I entered the Centurion Gautrain station, parked my vehicle and proceeded to the customer service desk to purchase a weekly pass for the Gautrain. Upon entering the car park, the boom gate opened automatically, without me even putting my hand out for a parking ticket. I returned to my vehicle at 13:52, and made my way to the car park exit. I could not exit as I had no parking ticket and returned to customer service to resolve the matter. Customer service agent Jane dismissed my version of events and refused to view the surveillance footage to verify my side of the story. She that the footage can only be viewed at the Head Office and could not be viewed as it was a Sunday. She simply dismissed my version of events with utter contempt. The Security Manager viewed the footage at the security room in Centurion station, confirmed I was not at fault and allowed me to exit - all this in 5 minutes after spending 45 minutes arguing with Jane. Jane simply to me and wanted me to pay R15, even commenting that R15 is nothing. Customer Service at Gautrain is non-existent.

When I asked for an apology, Jane refused.
