Our service was disconnected last week Tuesday... We've paid the account (5007527168) last week Friday 10.01.2014 8:45. They told us our service will be reconnected in the next 48hours (sat and sun excl) Today when I phone again 15.01.2015 spoke to Lazurus who told me that amount paid (R3705.00) still not reflecting on my account and no one requested for the service to be reconnected??? I phone them on Monday and Tuesday why did no one told me?? I mean surely they should know that the service should be reconnected!!!
I've lost all my meat and other perishables due to the incompetency of City of Tshwane!! I've got 4 kids and need this electricity to be reconnected TODAY!!!
