Our electricity was disconnected on Friday at 13.00, due to Rates arrears. An arrangement was made with the municipality on Friday, and the arranged amount

was paid on Friday at 14.00. We were told it would take up to 48 hrs to reconnect. We were without electricity for the whole weekend. Up to now we are not yet

reconnected. My husband was at the Eersterus office at 09.00 today. He was told to wait 48 hrs. My concern is, where does the 48 hrs start. According to my time,

we are now waiting for 81 hrs since we paid.
