My Electricity was disconnect on Friday 11/10/2013 which was not the fault from my side as the account is up to date. I was told that there amount that they say I'm owing is in fact the bill for October month. I didn't have a problem then I paid the amount of R1100. We were promised that the electricity will be reconnected within 48 hours. When we tried to call the customer care for city we were put on hold for more than 4 hours. Is this they way of showing that we are a democratic country? Even now I still don't have my electricity reconnected and the phones just rings without being answered. This is a pathetic service that I have ever seen in my life.
