Compliments to SAPPI.
On 8 August I reported a minor problem experienced with a single ream of Typek A4 paper, namely creased paper. Today Mr. Jacques Rossouw (Account Manager - Office) called on me at my home/office to collect the out of speck paper. I appreciated the follow-up. It is actions like this that will keep me purchasing Typek.
I did not expect it, but Mr. Rossouw replaced the ream with a box of Typek.
