Attiude towards Cutomers

Once again I had to go into an absa branch to do repetitive paperwork. When taken to this persons office, she'd approached from another direction with very laid back attitude. Again, with an open office door, I explained that I was there to sign the paper, letting absa transfer my forex, problem free and automatically into my account when Im abroad, without any internet or other communications. In previous correspondence, she stated that I should come in PERSON to sign this paper. Also this paper apparently only could be signed AFTER 19 August, which I cannot do, as I will be out of country. All of a sudden, ANYONE with signing power could come in and sign this paper. WHY then should I be there IN PERSON to sign this paper??? WHY should I go and deal with an unprofessional attitude like that and all that with no privacy at all?? They should really put someone in the position with proper business and people skill.
