I am a subscriber, and I have to call the sunday times almost every week for the delivery of the paper. I have continuosly brought it to their attention that the delivery man is not delivering my paper and when he does, he just throws it outside my yard. I cannot understand why the newspaper guy down the road can sit with copies to sell, yet the copy I religiously pay for fails to reach me. I think the people who take our queries on Monday are completely unphased, as they think they just have to reimburse our accounts. I think the management at Avusa need to school them, otherwise they would not understand the reasons for subscribing for the paper in the first place. I want a copy of the newspaper!!! Reimbursing my account does not solve the problem!!!
