We reported an electricity shortage around 3pm on Wednesday the 8th January. They sent out a technician which then check for the fault and reported to us that it was the pole feeding the house that was faulty. After 3 calls made by my mom asking where the truck was i then made the 4th call. I was told that the truck will be here by 11pm Wednesday night. It is now after 12am Thursday morning and when calling the call centre AGAIN we were told that the depot closed at 10pm Wednesday.
WHY were we promised that the electricity would be restored??? Now we have a freezer filled with meat that is no longer consumable.
WHY are we paying taxes??? Because clearly this city DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU (the tax payer)
I am going to take this matter further as we simply CANNOT afford to produce more money for the food we bought to last us for the long January month.
