Last month, I have purchased two packs of 18 Baby soft 2ply toilet paper. I have found the rolls of paper has breaks in them. In some sections of the roll, the paper is single ply. There are cut marks on the rolls of paper which cause the sheets to break before the perforation. This results in paper being wasted. For the amount of money that was spent on this paper, I find this unacceptable as I am not getting value for my money. Can this be investigated. I do have some samples left if you need them.
