In November 2012 i've put in a claim against my ex-husband's pension fund, i submitted all the requested documents and it was confirmed by Santy at call centre that all documents were received and it takes 60 working days to process such claim, she advised that i call back in 2 weeks to check how far it has gone. My problem with this matter is that everytime i call 0800 117 669 i get assisted by a different person and they keep on telling me the same thing everytime that the claim is in process and i should call in a weeks time/every 2nd week, it has been a year now and i'm getting tired please assist.
