My father in law retired June last year, and later received his provident fund. He then submitted a claim for pension fund, he visited the claims office several times with no feedback as to when will he get his pension fund. After several attempt to get his pension fund, he was told to resubmit the claim last year Nov, he has been waiting since then. When I contacted the administration office they told me that his file was sent to the Actuaries and they are also still waiting and they have escalated the issue to the Manager. The worst part is that everybody else who submitted their claim with him has received their monies. The family is suffering as my father in law was the only source of income. Its been close to a year now with no income. Please help!!!
