According to deeds registry office it takes 10 working days to register a property (Bond) after it has been lodged, but my application was lodged on the 22 November 2013 by VRM Attorneys who are based in Vanderbijlpark but still it has not been registered. Peter can you please assist me in this matter, because I called VRM Attorneys and they told me they are still waiting for the bond to be registered. I then called the Deeds registry office on 012 338 7034 and the lady who answered my call told that they don't take so long to register a property, mine should have been registered already considering the time my application was lodged.
