We applied in August 2013 for registration on Workmen's Compensation. This is law and we can get into trouble if not done. We have sent our documentation through 7 times (both via e-mail and fax) and still no registration.
After trying numerous times over the months, we got through to the call centre today. Tiny answered and eventually after not being able to answer our questions, dropped the call. We called back and Innocent answered. All she could tell us was that we were not registered. THIS WE KNOW.
What will legally happen if one of my employees is hurt on site and Workmen's compensation has taken 7 months to register me to no avail???
Where do I stand in this matter??
