Final reports has been sent to the department 4 times with proof and they keep on requesting it again. Someone is throwing the documents away. It is costing a lot of money for all the phone calls, e-mails, copies, faxes, scanning, postal costs and petrol money for delivering it in person. If you tell them you have proof of all the times that you have submitted the documents they disconnect you. Is that how a Government department works? How long does one have to wait for payment or are they trying not to pay what is rightfully yours?
