I visited the SARS offices in Horizon earlier this month to submit my tax return. After waiting for almost two hours i was feeling very frustrated and irritated. I was assisted by Ntombomzi who was very friendly and extremely helpful as she took the time to sit with me and go through all my documentation.
When i left there i didn't feel frustrated or irritated anymore as i received excellent customer service from her. I needed to take the time to submit this compliment because i've visited the SARS offices in Horizon before and never before did i receive such outstanding service.
SARS should definitely employ more staff like Ntombomzi to make the tax season more bearable for us tax payers.
Well done Ntombomzi Mbaliswana, its good to know that there are still good people like you out there.
