After trying to contact the Compensation Commissioner for 2 days to try and get a Letter of Good Standing, it has left me frustrated that this Government Department's call centre number is continuously engaged. We are expected to comply with tender regulations yet we cannot get hold of the people responsible for issuing the relevant documentation. I've tried the Labour Department to no avail as well. It's a disgrace, I shudder to think about the people who are injured on duty should they try calling the Compensation Commissioner to submit claims. This lack of service is surely leaving a bad taste!
