City of Jo'burg has publicised [Email Removed] as their contact email address for billing queries. However, email sent to [Email Removed] keep bouncing back to me as undeliverable. I then tried call them on 0860 562 874. I was placed on hold for twenty minutes after which I was disconnected. And all of this is to try to resolve THEIR ERRATIC BILLING. This is shocking. Not only has my bill been incorrect for MONTHS, but I cannot even contact them to fix THEIR mistake.
