Multichoice's email method does not work efficient. I email their "commstatements" email address to get a statement then when they finally reply they only send invoices. After emailing them a few times to get a statement, I get the statement just to see there is a mistake on the statement. Now I have to go through the whole email method again with only automatic replies. When you phone customer services they cant help you and if you go to a multichoice store they can only see whats outstanding not see the error on the statement. This is really not a nice way to deal with Multichoice if you are a corporate client.
