I am in the travel trade and approached Hylton Ross on a few occasions trying to get a quote for transport for a client. I first called, then I was told to email the Joburg office. Which I did. After nearly 2 weeks of no response, I emailed again. Another week went by and then I called again. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that the reason why no one replied to my email is because they often have emails come in with no reply email address, so they cannot reply to emails. I have no idea what 1980's email system they are working on that does not tell them who the email is coming from. I am part of a global travel consortium and I will never recommend their services EVER! I don't know if they think they're the bees knees, but my clients were willing to spend a lot of money on this trip and now that business is lost.
