Hi, I have joined the above company service 3 months and have had issues with my medicine delivery from the 1st month. They deliver half of my medication and then after calling them and advising them of the mistake, they deliver the balance a week later. This is now the 3rd month and they still cannot get this right. I have called their only contact number for over a week now as I am without my chronic medication and are on hold for over 7 minutes and eventually the call gets cut. I have sent an email to them and awaiting feedback but all that happens is Annanda reads the email without a reply. I have just had 2 staff members, Ithabeleng and Siphiwe delete the email without reading it. If i knew this is the service they provide, i would rather have stood in a queue and waited to collect my own medication at a pharmacy of choice. Pathetic service.
