Hi, We get our electricity bill which is due on the 22nd of each month. As we get paid only on the 28th, it is difficult to pay it so early. The Eletricity dept refuses to give us an extension til the 28th. Our electricity is disconnected and we then have to pay a reconnection fee. This is continous. All we ask is that we get billed on the 29th, so we don't have to have our electricity disconnected, and also pay the additional reconnection costs. Could somebody from Durban Metro Please help. Nobody at their offices are bothered.
