Called City of Tshwane Municipality (0801111556) 7:15 on Friday morning 15 November 2013 in connection with disconnected electricity at Plot 31, Alexander road, Tygervallei, Pretoria. Called again at 15h00. The whole weekend we heard nothing from them. It's Monday morning now and we still haven't heard anything from them. Phoned about 15 times over the weekend, it seems like they lost our reference number along the way as well. Still without power, don't know who to call or what to do. PLEASE HELP!
