Power failure ref no:1/6

It happened that our electricity went off morning of Tuesday 06 August 2013 and we immediately phoned Tshwane emergency number and reported the matter. They gave us reference number 1/6 and promised that in the morning they will send someone to come and fix the problem. Indeed in the morning someone came and checked our meterbox and after that he left and said they will send people who are responsible to fix the meter box. Unfortunately since then no one ever came and we kept on calling until today which is almost 3 days without electricity and whenever we phone they inform us that someone willl go and fix the meter. Please help
