35 Day Pass Pre-Paid Purse

I have been using the Gautrain for the past 4 months and I am loving it, I buy the 35 day Pass, and this month (Jan 2013) I did not use it between the 9th till the 20th as I was on Leave, I then started using it again on the 21st.
I decided to upload an additional 35 Day pass on the 23rd, which I was advised that I should not as I still had enough trips, but I can put the funds on my pre-paid purse, which can be converted later on. I did that, I loaded the pre-paid with R795.00 which is for a 35 day pass from Park to Sandton station, I went to convert my pre-paid purse to 35 Day pass, I was told that I did not have enough funds, I had to top it up again with R130.00 so I can be able to buy the 35 day pass, the cashier could not explain what happened as the only explanation he could tell me was that, I have been using my pre-paid purse, my 35 day pass must have expired and I must have not been aware it was, I asked him how when I also did not use it for 12 days, he could not explain it.
I then logged a query on their site, but to-date I have not received feedback nor acknowledgement that my query has been logged and attended to.
