I got my occupation certificate from the EMM on the 2nd of November 2012 and moved into my house in Midstream in the same month but to date i'm still being charged assessment rates for a vacant stand, despite numerous calls and emails sent to the EMM to rectify. PLEASE HELP, how can i change my stand status to reflect that it's NOT vacant anymore??
