Excellent service delivery on passport renewal!

I applied for my passport to be renewed on Friday 20 December 2013, I was advised that due to the public holidays it will probably only be ready around 30 December. I though that was an excellent turnaround time. Then I received notification that it was ready for collection on Tuesday 24 December 2013! I spent less than an hour in Home Affairs in total on both days and received my passport in lees than 3 working days! AMAZING!
