I have a problem with my resignation pension fund which has been dragging for almost 6 months since I have resigned in April, 30th 2013 with no proper feedback. I have made a couple of phone calls to GEPF client contact centre (0800 117 669 / 012 319 1900) and every time I call I get a different feedback, I have been told that my claim is sitting with payments department and I should wait as payments department is currently busy processing my payment and should expect the money to be paid soon and the other consultants have told me that there is a form (G120) which needs to be signed by my previous employer at the head office but when I call 018 381 1602 (HR department-Mahikeng) who called the head office on my behalf they told her they haven't received any form which needs to be signed. this is frustrating as i have no other income as a results am falling to provide for my family including my daughter who's studying at a terciary level.
