My water was disconnected on the 24/10/2013 and I have been to the branch on the 28/10/2013 and was promised that between 4:30 and 8pm the same day, it will be re-connected. I have been calling the Customer Line daily but until today it is not yet connected. Everyone i speak with promises that it will be sorted within a day and nothing happens. Is this the type of service we get from our Municipality. I am really frustrated being without water for this long
