Once again...
After having made a payment to this company on 25/10/2013 already, and having sent the proof of payment. I had to call again on 2/11/2013 just to be told they haven't received my payment!?!?
I resent the proof of payment, and was promised the allocation would be made.. now again on 5/11/2013, I have to call because the payment is still not allocated..!!!
This is every months problem!!!
And also the call center staff is rude and incompetent.
I spoke to Gaylin Bartie who eventually sorted my problem...
However I will still log this complaint... and will keep logging them until RCS gets their sorted..
And I will also report this to the national credit regulator..
