Our power was cut on the 18th of October 2013. We did try to phone city of tswane numerous times, without getting a response. On monday the 21st me and husband had to go in to sort this out, and the guy that helped us, admitted that our power wasnt supposed to be cut. I asked him for a claim form which he gave me, we emailed the claim form to all 4 the email addresses which he supplied us with. When we want to follow up on the claim, no one at legal is answering their phones, and we would like to know what is going on. We had alot of expensis for a generator etc, and we find it fair for them to pay us for their fault
