No pension payout after 3 months

I have resigned from the Department of correctional services in head office and i submitted my document at the end of May 2013, banking details etc thus far nothing has been paid out, its been three months now. i hv made several phone calls on their call centre 0800117669 and 012 319 1000 and 012319 1911 to no avail... kindly find out for me my pension ref is 98811772...
