I opened a case with the department of Labour for an Employer that failed to pay me. After numerious months of waiting the case ended at the desk of Sheriff Ledwaba (Ermelo). I intitially thought that Finally some resolution to my problem. The Sheriif (after 3 weeks) finally went to my Employer and did his work. But here is my concern, once my employer paid the money into his account (no repo was done) for me to receive almost a 3rd of the money was kept by the sherrif (he said it was for his services rendered and he had to go the my previous employer 4 times) I confronted him about this - as I was never informed that I had to incur cost in this and secondly why he took so much. He told me he will discuss this with his office to see if I can get discount and in converstatons after that has made numerious promises to pay money in my account and failing to do so. I spoke to my previous employer today only to find out that 1. The sheriff took extra money from him as well for services rendered and he only went there once. Something is not right here and now the sheriff is not answering when I am calling. I want some answers and my money.
