I approached the sheriff with a court order to be delivered to a defendant. After a second attempt (with me going with and R400 later) the summons was delivered. The defendant lost the case and a warrant was issued. Once again I went to the same sheriff. Yet again this sheriff said the defendant does not live at said property. How can people be such and.
