An employer refused to pay us our salary from 28 of Dec12 to the 10th of Feb13 so we went to labour to report the matter on the 11th of Feb13 the labour official contacted the employer he said our money will be in soon and that never happen the official had to open a case, so in march when i went back to labour about the progress of the case the official told me that he hasn't received a feedback from the inspector office about whose handling our case and he'll send a second e-mail but he only contacted me at the end of June13 and gave me an inspector number which never worked evrytime i called. So evrytime i went to labour they always tells me that the inspector is out on site i should come back again and i kept goin there until i finally met the inspector in Sep13 and he told me that his closing the case because the employer has changed the address or unless i bring them the new address and refused to give me the letter showing that his closing the case.
