In February 2011 a sheriff was sent to me for a garnishee, then in august a letter was sent through from my employer with regards to the garnishee, they start deducting the money from august 2011 and when i phone the company as to why i was never sent letter for notice before i was a sheriff, the consultant respond was that they have too many files and they don't the time to sent out any notices so the only deal with the garnishee orders, so i said OK, the money have been deducted from 2011 and then in 2012 November no deduction were made thinking maybe my account has been settled, now without any notification;phone call;letter or email they started dedicating the money again, when i phone on the 31.05.2013 the consultant simply say what do you wanna know with this file and anyway 1 of our consultant will call you after 24hrs so now i have to wait for them.next time when some1 has an an account with you guys don't go to their account as you pleases as if you own the account and give the person a clear indication or statement on how far he/she is on, your service is very bad and your consultant they don't have professionalism
