I am a foreigner working in South Africa and I will be leaving South Africa for good by end of October 2013. I went to the Cape Town branch to obtain income tax clearance and the service provided was excellent.
There was a bit of confusion in the numbering system, however once I got to the counter everything was resolved within 20 minutes. The agent showed good attitude and provide clear information with regards to the process I need to do.
